The difficulties that computer teachers face in teaching the curriculum in government schools affiliated to the Marka district education directorate [Article]
The study aimed to identify the difficulties that computer teachers face in teaching the curriculum in government schools affiliated to the Marka district education directorate from their point of view, the descriptive analytical survey method was used, the study sample consisted of (120) male and female teachers from the Marka district education schools, to achieve the objectives of the study, the study tool was built, which consisted of (30) items, and included (4) areas: difficulties related to the teacher, difficulties related to the students, difficulties related to the curriculum, difficulties related to the computer lab, the validity and reliability of the study tool were confirmed. The results showed that the degree of difficulties faced by computer teachers in teaching the curriculum in public schools affiliated to Marka district was high, the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences for the variable: sex, educational qualification, and the presence of significant differences for the variable years of experience. The researcher recommended the necessity of encouraging and motivating teachers and students to activate computer labs, especially in the practical aspect of the subject. (Published abstract)
