The study aimed to find out the degree to which female teachers of the first three grades in the Amman district practice creative thinking skills from their point of view, and to reveal individual differences in the sample response according to the variable (training courses, years of experience), and the descriptive survey approach was relied upon. The teachers of the first three grades in the Amman District Governorate in the second semester of the academic year 2022-2023 AD, and their number is (2105), and a random sample was selected from the study population of (860) teachers, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (29) items was prepared, distributed on three domains (flexibility, fluency, originality), the validity and reliability of the study tool has been verified. The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample individuals about the degree of practice of creative thinking skills by first grade teachers in the Amman district from their point of view according to the variable of training courses and years of experience. Applying creative thinking strategies in the classroom, providing appropriate educational materials and various sources for first-grade teachers to enhance creative thinking among students, encouraging first-grade teachers to employ students in creative processes and promoting creative thinking through group work, analyzes and discussions.
