يهدف البحث الراهن إلى تعرف دور جامعة الملك خالد في تنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال لدى طلابها من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بجانب الاستبانة كأداة تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها (108) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس. وخلص البحث لنتائج عدة أهمها أن جامعة الملك خالد تقوم بدور ضعيف في تنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال لدى طلابها، كما تواجه الجامعة معوقات عدة تحول دون تنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال لدى طلابها منها: ضعف التوعية والتثقيف بأهمية ريادة الأعمال، وقلة أعداد الموارد البشرية المتخصصة في ريادة الأعمال. وفي ضوء تلك النتائج تم التوصل لمجموعة من التوصيات منها: دعم الإدارة العليا بالجامعة لأنشطة وإجراءات ترسيخ ثقافة ريادة الأعمال لدى الطلاب، بناء ودعم الثقافة الريادية التي تأكد على الدور الفاعل للجامعة في خدمة المجتمع وإعداد وتأهيل رواد ورائدات الأعمال. The present research aims to identify the role of King Khalid University in developing the culture of entrepreneurship among its students from the perspective of faculty members. To achieve this aim, the descriptive approach was used. The questionnaire as a tool was applied to a simple random sample of (108) faculty members. The research concluded that King Khalid University plays a weak role in developing the entrepreneurial culture among its students. The university also faces several obstacles that hinder the development of entrepreneurial culture among its students. In light of these results, a set of a number of recommendations were reached, including: Students have to build and support the entrepreneurial culture that emphasizes the active role of the university in serving the community and preparing and qualifying entrepreneurs.
