The study aimed to investigate the impact of training in content pedagogical knowledge (PCK) on the attitude towards the teaching profession among vocational education teachers. A training program in PCK was developed and included the following areas: Knowledge in the vocational Education curriculum and its nature, planning and implementation of instruction and knowledge in teaching and assessment methods and strategies, specifications of Learners and the educational environment, how to conduct the practical training. A scale of attitude towards the teaching profession was developed, its validity was ensured through moderators and its reliability was tested through Cronbach Alpha correlation which was (0.909) the study followed the experimental approach with a quazi-experimental design, and two groups of vocational education teachers were selected, one of which was an experimental group of (20) teachers, and a control group of (15) teachers. The experimental group was trained according to the training program in pedagogical knowledge, while the control group was not exposed to training. Results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (α=0.05) in the mean estimates of teachers on the scale of attitude towards the teaching profession due to the training program in favor of the experimental group, and the study recommended training in the pedagogical knowledge of the content when needed to enhance the attitude towards the teaching profession for teachers.
