This study aimed to reveal the perceptions of school staff members (administrative and teaching) in Rusaifa district schools towards the requirements of community partnership and the obstacles to its implementation. The sample of the study consisted of (335) faculty members and (130) administrators in the Directorate of Education for the Rusaifa district for the academic year 2022-2023, where they were chosen by random method. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the study scale was prepared by examining the educational literature related to this field. The scale consisted of two axes: requirements and obstacles. After conducting appropriate statistical treatments, the results of the study revealed that the perceptions of the school staff (teachers and administrators) in the schools of the Rusaifa District towards the requirements of partnership. The community partnership in our schools was very high, and the results showed that the obstacles to the implementation of community partnership were also very high, and that there were no statistically significant differences in the arithmetic averages of the study sample members on the questionnaire of the school staff's perceptions (administrative and teaching) towards the requirements of community partnership due to gender and job title. The study also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the arithmetic averages of the sample on the questionnaire of obstacles to the implementation of community partnership due to gender and job title. The study recommended that school principals should strive to spread the culture of community participation by implementing educational programs and meetings about its importance and positive dimensions in raising the level of education in our schools.
