The aim of this study was to explore the perceptions of elementary school teachers regarding the difficulties in teaching the developed Collins materials for mathematics and science subjects. Additionally, it aimed to investigate the statistical differences in the perceptions among the study participants based on variables such as gender, teaching experience, and specialization, The researcher employed the descriptive-analytical method, using a questionnaire distributed to a group of teachers who teach Mathematics and Science in government primary schools under the Ministry of Education in the Ain Al-Basha district, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The sample consisted of 100 teachers, both male and female, selected randomly, the study's results indicated that elementary school teachers held a high degree of perception regarding the challenges in teaching the developed Collins materials for Mathematics and Science. Moreover, there were statistically significant differences in the perceptions of the study participants based on the gender variable, with female teachers showing more positive perceptions, Based on the findings, the researcher recommended the necessity of conducting intensive training courses and educational seminars for elementary school teachers in the developed mathematics and science curricula to assist them in overcoming the encountered challenges and enhance their professional development. Furthermore, the study stressed the importance of involving Mathematics and Science teachers in the curriculum planning and development process as they are the most eligible to contribute to the improvement of these subjects.
