The study aimed to examine the level of job satisfaction and determine its relationship to the quality of life among teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder in Amman. To achieve the study's objectives, the correlative descriptive approach was used, with data collected using two main measures: the job satisfaction scale that was developed for the present study, and the scale of quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF-Arabic) approved by the World Health Organization in its Arabic version. The sample of the study consisted of 155 teachers, 109 females, and 46 males, working with students suffering from autism spectrum disorder in Amman Governorate. The results of the study showed that there were arithmetic averages for job satisfaction and quality of life, which were of a high level. The results also showed a positive relationship between job satisfaction and quality of life. Based on the results, the study recommended enhancing the characteristics of the work environment that provide opportunities to support the different needs of special education teachers.
