تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرّف على درجة توافر الأدوار القيادية لرؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية بجامعة حائل في ضوء رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030 من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية حول درجة التوافر تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي وتكونت العينة من (234) فردا، وكانت الاستبانة أداة لجمع المعلومات، وجاءت أبرز النتائج كالتالي: أن درجة توافر الأدوار القيادية لرؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية بجامعة حائل جاءت متوسطة، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول درجة توافر الأدوار القيادية لدى الأقسام الأكاديمية بجامعة حائل تعود لاختلاف النوع ولصالح الذكور، وأخرى تعود للرتبة العلمية لصالح أستاذ مساعد، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول درجة التوافر تعود لاختلاف سنوات الخدمة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني الجامعات السعودية للأدوار التي أكدتها الدراسة في الدراسة وتوفير السبل والآليات اللازمة لتحقيقها. The study aimed to knowledge of degree of availability of the leadership roles of the academic heads of Hail University in light of the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030 from the point of view of the study sample and the knowledge of the differences of statistical significance on the degree of availability of the leadership roles of the academic heads of Hail University. The population selected for this study consisted of Sample of faculty members 935. The total number of participants in this study was 234.The questionnaire was a tool for gathering information. The questionnaire was a tool of study. The result showed that the degree of availability of the leadership roles of the academic heads of Hail University is average. There are statistically significant differences in the degree of availability of leadership roles in the academic departments of University of Hail about to gender differences in favor of males. There are statistically significant differences in the availability of leadership roles in the academic departments of Hail University about The scientific rank is in favor of an assistant professor. The study recommended of the need to adopt Saudi universities to the roles confirmed by the study and provide the means necessary to achieve them. (Published abstract)
