هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مقومات تطبيق القيادة التمكينية في المدارس الثانوية بمدينة أبها في ضوء تطبيق نظام المقررات من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الثانوية، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم بناء استبانة لجمع البيانات من معلمي المدارس الثانوية في مدينة أبها، وطُبّق البحث ميدانياً في الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي 1438/1439هـ، وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائياً من خلال برنامج SPSS، وكان من أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث ما يلي: أظهر المتوسط العام لمحور المقومات المادية لتطبيق القيادة التمكينية حصوله على درجة أهمية (عالية) بمتوسط (2.82 من 3)، وأظهر كذلك المتوسط العام لمحور المقومات التنظيمية لتطبيق القيادة التمكينية حصوله درجة أهمية (عالية) بمتوسط (2.60 من 3)، كما أظهر المتوسط العام لمحور المقومات الاجتماعية لتطبيق القيادة التمكينية حصوله على درجة أهمية (عالية) بمتوسط (2.42 من 3)، وكذلك أظهر المتوسط العام لمحور المقومات الشخصية لتطبيق القيادة التمكينية حصوله على درجة أهمية (عالية) بمتوسط (2.38 من 3)، واعتماداً على نتائج البحث؛ فإن الباحث يوصي بما يلي: دعم فريق العمل المدرسي في المدارس الثانوية بالعدد الكافي من المعلمين من قبل وزارة التعليم، ليمكن في ضوء ذلك تخفيض النصاب التدريسي للمعلمين، وتحويل العمل المدرسي من الفردية إلى نظام فرق العمل المتجانسة، وإعادة تصميم المعايير التي يتم في ضوئها ترشيح المعلمين في برنامج جدارة في وزارة الخدمة المدنية، لإضافة معايير تتوافق مع متطلبات المرحلة المستقبلية للتعليم في ضوء رؤية 2030م، واستبدال التصاميم القديمة للمباني المدرسية القائمة على الفصول الدراسية بتصاميم أكثر تطوراً تحقق للعاملين في المدارس الثانوية القدرة الإبداع والابتكار. The study aimed to identify the elements of implementing the enabling leadership in secondary schools in the city of Abha in light of the implementation of the syllabus according to the views of secondary school teachers. The researcher used the descriptive approach and used a reliable and reliable scientific questionnaire to collect the necessary data. In order to analyze the data, SPSS was adopted. The main results were: The overall mean of the axis of the physical components of the application of the enabling leadership showed a high degree of significance (2.82) average of (3) The overall average of the axis of the organizational components of the application of the enabling leadership also showed a high degree of significance (2.60) average of (3) The overall mean of the social component of the application of the enabling leadership showed a high (2.42) average of (3) The overall average of the personal component of the application of the enabling leadership showed a high (2.38) an average of (3).Based on the results of the research, the researcher recommended supporting school staff in secondary schools with sufficient teachers by the Ministry of Education, in order to reduce the heavy burden of education, and convert the school work from the individual to the homogeneous team system. Redesigning the criteria for the nomination of teachers in the Merit Program at the Ministry of Civil Service to add criteria to meet the requirements of the future stage of education in view of Vision 2030, replacing the old designs of school buildings on the basis of classrooms with more sophisticated designs achieved for high school students.
