This study aimed to try to reveal the effectiveness of an educational program based on the theory of mind in reducing behavioral and emotional problems among students with learning difficulties. The study sample consisted of 10 children with learning difficulties from the Wadi Al-Seer region, which were selected as an intentional sample available, with (5) males and (5) females, whose ages ranged between (9-11) years. The researcher also prepared an educational program based on the theory of mind with (14) A training sessions, each session is 45 minutes long, and a questionnaire to measure behavioral and emotional problems consisted of (80) items distributed in two dimensions (behavioral problems, emotional problems). The results of the study indicated that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 1.15) between the arithmetic averages of the pre and post scores for students with learning difficulties on the scale of behavioral and emotional problems due to the educational program based on the theory of mind. There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α=1.15) between the arithmetic means of the scores of students with learning difficulties on the scale of behavioral and emotional problems due to gender variables, and the interaction between the educational program and gender.
