This study aimed to identify the degree of practicing crisis management by public elementary schools' principals from Jordanian teachers' perspective. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of (231) male and female teachers and they were chosen by the simple random method. The instrument of the study was a questionnaire, and its validity and reliability were assured. The results of the study showed that the total degree of principals’ practice of crisis management became average degree, and that the axis of the degree of crisis management practice during its occurrence ranked first with a high degree of approval, followed by the axis of the degree of crisis management practice after its occurrence with a high degree of approval, while it ranked last. In light of the results, the study concluded with a number of recommendations, including: the need for integration and continuity in raising this degree, through activating partnerships with specialized sectors, and the need to constantly design training programs for school principals to train them on how to successfully manage crises, and development of a strategy in the ministry of education to be circulated to the schools of the Kingdom on how to prepare all workers and exploit all capabilities in the event of a crisis.
