The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of social and emotional adjustment among LD students as perceived by their mothers in the light of Corona pandemic. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted, as the sample included (286) mothers who have children from the second to sixth grades studying in resources rooms in the Ramtha Educational District. A questionnaire for social and emotional adjustment was developed, consisting of (30) items. The findings of the study showed that the level of social and emotional adjustment among LD students were in an average level in the Ramtha Educational District as perceived by mothers. Further, that there were no significant statistical differences between the means of the level of social adjustment for LD students from their mothers' point of view in light of the Corona pandemic due to student’s gender and the mother’s educational level. There were no significant statistical differences between the means of emotional adjustment level due to gender, there were significant differences due to the educational level of the student’s mother in favor of primary education, and graduate education. Based on the findings a set of recommendations were presented. (Published abstract)
