The study aimed to uncover the degree of use of digital transformation in developing scientific research skills from the viewpoint of graduate students in Jordanian universities. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach for its relevance to the study, and the study sample consisted of (125) postgraduate students for the academic year 2020-2021 in Jordanian universities. Higher Education in Jordanian Universities", and it included (30) paragraphs in one field, and its validity and reliability were verified. The results of the study showed that the arithmetic averages of the questionnaire of the degree of use of digital transformation in developing scientific research skills from the point of view of graduate students in Jordanian universities are mostly high. Thus, the results showed the positive impact of digital transformation in providing researchers from graduate students with sources of modern knowledge, and its role in raising the level of students' performance using the various skills of scientific research. In light of the results of the study, the study recommended working to increase the degree of investment in digital transformation in the various fields of education, and working to develop the skills of obtaining information resources by using the means of digital technologies among university students.
