The study aimed to demonstrate the role that the digitization of scientific research plays in improving the quality of scientific research from the point of view of graduate students at King Saud University by testing the hypothesis that there is a statistically significant relationship between the digitization of scientific research and the quality of scientific research. During the role of digitizing scientific research in the quality of scientific research with the use of the descriptive and analytical method through metadata collected from a questionnaire distributed to a sample of graduate students. The most important results were concluded that the digitization of scientific research plays a major role in improving the quality of scientific research by inferring the percentage of those who agree to that the study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of finding a strategy for digitizing scientific research, taking into account the stages associated with text processing, as the results of the current study showed that one of the advantages of digitization for research is that it contributed to saving time and effort. And the necessity of finding suggested and approved models and forms for digitization of research that takes into account the variables that occur in this field and is commensurate with publishing standards.
