The degree to which high schools’ principals at Deir Alla District practice human performance technology and its relationship with the level of organizational ambidexterity from the teachers point of view. The correlational Relational survey was used because it was appropriate to achieve the objectives of this study. The study population consisted of public high school's teachers in Deir Alla District, where a sample of (180) teachers was selected using the comprehensive sampling method. A study tool was developed consisting of two parts. The first part was developed to measure the degree of human performance technology, and the second part was developed to measure the level of practicing organizational ambidexterity. The results of the Current study showed that the degree of practicing human performance technology among high schools principals in Deir Alla District from the point of view of teachers was " moderate ", and the level of organizational ambidexterity among high schools principals in Deir Alla District from the point of view of teachers was " moderate ", and there was a positive correlation between the degree of practice of human performance technology and the level of organizational ambidexterity among school's principals of high schools in Deir Alla District.
