The study aimed to find out the degree to which private school principals practice leadership talent management strategies and their relationship to the quality of career life from their point of view. The study followed the descriptive survey method, and the study sample consisted of (161) principals who were randomly selected from the education directorate of the University Brigade in the capital, Amman. To achieve the objectives of the study, two questionnaires were prepared, the first consisted of (18) items and aimed to measure the degree to which private school principals practice leadership talent management strategies. The results of the study showed that the estimates of private school principals of the degree of their practice of leadership talent management strategies and the level of quality of work life were moderate. a positive correlation between the degree of practicing leadership talent management strategies and the level of quality of work life, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, including: the need to build a clear strategy for managing leadership talents in private schools, based on and compatible with the strategic plan of the Ministry of Education, and strengthening strategic partnerships that support the application of leadership talent management.
