This study aimed to reveal the perceptions of faculty members (teachers) and administrators in Al-Rusaifa District schools towards the effectiveness of the distance learning system, in light of the global (Corona-19) crisis. The sample of the study consisted of (345) a faculty member, and (140) from the administrators for the academic year 2020-2021. The results showed the perceptions of teachers and administrators in the schools of the Rusafa education directorate of the effectiveness of distance learning were low, and the study also showed that the obstacles to distance learning from the point of view of teachers and administrators were high, And that there are statistically significant differences in the arithmetic averages of the study members on the identification of teachers and administrators' perceptions of the effectiveness of distance learning due to gender, in favor of females, and due to job position in favor of administrators. While the study also revealed that there are no statistically significant differences in the arithmetic averages of the study members on the identification of distance learning obstacles due to gender and job position.
