The aim of this study was to identify the quality of scientific research at Mu'tah University within the creative and innovative standards in Jordan. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a sample of (150) faculty members with different academic grades, 526) faculty members during the first semester of the year (2019-2018). The researchers used descriptive methods where the study tool was designed to achieve the objectives of the study, and included (16) paragraph, and verified its validity and stability. Where the results of the study to the reality of the quality of scientific research at the University of Mu'tah within the standards of creativity and innovation has come to a medium extent on the instrument of the study as a whole, and the results of the study also showed no significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) attributed to the gender variable, (A = 0.05) for the academic rank variable and for the rank of assistant professor.
