هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى دافعية الانجاز وعلاقة دافعية الانجاز بالتخصص، التحصيل، المستوى التعليمي للآباء لدى طالبات جامعة أم القرى فرع الزاهر، وتبنت الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي في دراسة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة المستقلة والتابعة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة عشوائية من طالبات جامعة أم القرى فرع الزاهر من التخصصات العلمية والأدبية بلغ قوامها (200) طالبة طبق عليهن مقياس دافعية الانجاز في الفصل الدراسي الأول 1437-1438هـ، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع نوعا ما من الدافعية لدى طالبات جامعة أم القرى، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات طالبات جامعة أم القرى ذوي التخصصات التطبيقية والنظرية في مقياس الدافعية للإنجاز، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى دافعية الانجاز وبعض متغيرات الد راسة. The current study aimed to identify the level of achievement motivation and the relationship of achievement motivation by specialization, achievement, educational level of parents at Umm Al Qura University Zaher branch, and adopted the current study, the descriptive method Correlative in the study of the relationship between the independent variables of the study and subsidiaries, and to achieve the objectives of the study were selected random sample of students of the University Umm al-Qura Zaher branch in the scientific and literary disciplines was strong (200 students) In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a random sample of students from Umm Al-Qura University, Al-Zaher Branch, was selected from the scientific and literary disciplines with a total of (200) students who applied the achievement motivation scale in the first semester 1437/1438 AH ,and reached the results of the study to a high level somewhat of motivation among students of the University of Umm Al-Qura, The study resulted that there were no statistically significant differences between Umm Al Qura University students with theoretical and applied disciplines in the level of achievement motivation attributes to the variables of the study, and the results indicated a statistically significant correlation between the level of achievement motivation and study variables.
