هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على حق الطفل في التعليم عند بدر الدين الغزي من خلال كتابة الدر النضيد في أدب المفيد والمستفيد، واستخدم الباحث في دراسته المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن حق الطفل في التعليم والتي ذكرها بدر الدين الغزي جاء متنوعا وشاملا فقد شملت ثلاثة جوانب رئيسية: مراعاة إنسانيته، وتطوير كفاءته ومهاراته، مراعاة القدرات والفروق الفردية، وأن حق الطفل في التعليم في جانب مراعاة انسانيته تتمثل في : المحبة، التواضع ولين الجانب، العدل، وأن حق الطفل في التعليم في جانب مراعاة القدرات والفروقات الفردية تتثمل في : البدء بتزويد المتعلم أصول العلم وأساسيته قبل فروعه وجزئياته، والتكرار، ومراعاة القدرات الخاصة بكل متعلم، وأن حق الطفل في التعليم في جانب تطوير كفاءته ومهاراته تتمثل في : المعلم المؤهل، تلقين المعرفة، تقبل الأسئلة والاستفسارات، وأن الآراء التربوية لبدر الدين الغزي المتعلقة بحق الطفل في التعليم تتسم بالواقعية، وهي حقوق يمكن القيام بها في مؤسساتنا التربوية والتعليمية. The present study aimed to identify the Child’s right in education on BadrEldein Alghozy through his book entitled " Aldorr Alnadeed in the Useful and the Beneficiary Literature". The researcher used the descriptive analytical methodology in the present study. The findings of the study showed that: the child’s right in education rectifiers mentioned by BadrEldien Alghozy were diverse and inclusive, they contained three main sides: considering his humanity, developing his efficiency and his skills, considering the abilities and individual differences. The child's right in education in the side of considering his humanity includes: loving, modesty and gentility, and justice. The child's right in education in the side of considering the abilities and individual differences includes: providing learners with the science roots and basics before its parts and branches, repetition and considering the special abilities of each learner. The child's right in education in the side of developing his efficiency and his skills includes: the qualified teacher, giving him knowledge, accepting questions. The educational views of BadrEldein Alghozy related to the child's right in education are realistic, and they are rights we can do them in our educational institutions. (Published abstract)
