هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى استكشاف مصادر الضغوط النفسية المتنبئة بالمظاهر السلوكية والفسيولوجية للضغوط. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 362 طالباً في المرحلة الثانوية يمثلون ثلاث مناطق تعليمية في دولة الكويت. واستخدم في هذه الدراسة مقياس المواقف المدرسية للكشف عن مصادر ومظاهر الضغوط النفسية. وكشفت النتائج عن تباين في القدرة التنبؤية لمصادر الضغوط، اذ كانت عالية في متغيرات التفاعل مع المعلم، والتفاعل مع الزملاء في ظهور المظاهر السلوكية، وعالية في متغيرات الضغوط الاكاديمية، والتفاعل مع المعلم في ظهور المظاهر الفسيولوجية. This study aimed to explore the predictive ability of psychological stress on the behavioral and physiological manifestations in students. The sample of the study consisted of 362 secondary students selected from three educational areas in state of Kuwait. The School Situations Survey was used. Stepwise multiple regression analyses findings showed that teacher interaction and peer interaction were high predictors of the behavioral manifestation’s appearance, while the academic stress and teacher interaction were high predictors of the physiological manifestation’s appearance.
