هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى توافر معايير الجودة في برنامج معلم الصفوف (1-3) بكلية التربية بصنعاء من وجهة نظر الطلبة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبانة مكونة من (68) معيارا بصياغتها النهائية وزعت على ست مجالات. وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها ومدى ملاءمتها لأغراض الدراسة، طبقت على أفراد الدراسة البالغ عددهم (135) طالباً وطالبة في المستويين الأول والثاني في البرنامج. وأظهرت النتائج: أن معايير الجودة في برنامج معلم الصفوف (1-3) بكلية التربية صنعاء بشكل عام متوافرة بدرجة "متوسطة" وفقاً لتقديرات الطلبة. وكذلك أظهرت النتائج وجود تفاوت في تقديرات أفراد الدراسة لمستوى توافر معايير الجودة وفقاً لمجالات الأداة بين تقدير (عال جداً ومتوسط وضعيف) حيث حصل مجال جودة مقررات البرنامج على تقدير "عال جدا" وحصل مجال جودة السمات الشخصية والمهنية، ومجال جودة أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس، ومجال جودة الخدمات والرعاية الطلابية، ومجال جودة تقييم الطلبة، على تقدير "متوسط"، وحصل مجال جودة مصادر التعليم والتعلم المادية على تقدير " ضعيف". كذلك أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقدير أفراد الدراسة لمستوى توافر معايير جودة التعليم في البرنامج في جميع محاور الدراسة وتبعاً لجميع المتغيرات. The present study aimed to identify the level of availability of educational quality standards in the classroom teacher program (1-3), in the Faculty of Education, Sana'a University from the perspective of students. The study used a questionnaire consisting of (68) standards distributed under six main domains. The validity, reliability and suitability of questionnaire form were verified, and applied to (135) students in the first and second levels in the program. The study results showed that the quality standards are available in the classroom teacher program (1-3), in a "medium" degree according to the students’ estimation. The results also showed a variation in the availability levels of quality standards in the domains of performance, where it was estimated “very high” in the domain of “quality of program courses”, and “medium” in the domains of “quality of personal and professional attributes", “faculty members’ performance”, and the domain of “quality of student services and care”, and the domain of “quality of Students assessment”, Whereas it was estimated, “low” in the domains of “quality of learning materials and sources”. There were no statistically significant differences between the means of the study members’ assessment of the levels of the quality standards of education availability in the program in all the domains of the study which due to any of the variables.
