هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على السمات الأساسية لقيادة البيئة الإدارية الجاذبة من وجهة نظر وكلاء المدارس والمعلمين والمرشدين الطلابيين في مدارس التعليم العام منطقة القصيم ، والتعرف على المعوقات التي قد تواجه قائد المدرسة في بناء بيئة إدارية جاذبة ، ومن ثم وضع معالم أساسية للبيئة الإدارية الجاذبة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (252) وكيلاً، و (2211) معلماً، و( 254) مرشداً طلابياً، وأبرز ما توصلت إليه الدراسة أن مجال المعلمين والعاملين في سمات البيئة الإدارية الجاذبة حصل على الترتيب الأول بمتوسط حسابي (3.45) من (4) ، كما أن جميع المجالات حصلت على متوسطات حسابية بدرجة مرتفعة جداً ، والمتوسط العام للمجالات حصل على (3.36) من (4) وهي درجة عالية تدل على أهمية المجالات في بناء معالم أساسية للبيئة الإدارية الجاذبة ،كما بينت الدراسة أن من أبرز المعوقات أمام قائد المدرسة في توفير بيئة إدارية جاذبة هي: زيادة عدد الطلاب في قاعات الدراسة ، وضعف المشاركة المجتمعية والمؤسسات الأهلية، وضعف التشجيع لقائد المدرسة، وضعف الإمكانات المادية لقائد المدرسة من قبل وزارة التعليم لقائد المدرسة، كما بينت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 يعزي لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية، و وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 يعزي لمتغير الوظيفة، كما قام الباحث بوضع معالم أساسية للبيئة الإدارية الجاذبة مستفيداً من السمات الأساسية التي حصلت على موافقة بدرجة كبيرة جداً، كما قدم الباحث بعضاً من النتائج والتوصيات التي توصل إليها في دراسته. The study aimed to identify the basic features of the attractive administrative environment from the standpoint of the agents, teachers, and student academic counselors in the educational schools of the Qassim area, and to identify the obstacles that may face the school directors in developing an attractive administrative environment, and then to put the basic milestones for an attractive administrative environment. The samples used in this research are (252) directors, (2211) teachers and (254) student academic counselors. The most important findings of the study were that the field of teachers and workers in the attractive administrative environment attributes won the first place with an arithmetic mean average of (3.45) out of (4). In addition, all the other areas got very high arithmetic averages. And the overall average for the other areas obtained (3.36) out of (4) which is a high level and this indicates the importance of the other areas in the building of basic milestones for the attractive administrative environment. The study also showed that the main obstacles for the school director to provide an attractive administrative environment are: The large number of students in classrooms, the poor participation of the community and the civil institutions in order to encourage the school director, as well as the weakness of the material resources made available by the Ministry of Education to the school director. The study has also shown that there are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 attributed to the variable school stage. The researcher has also developed basic milestones for the attractive administrative environment taking advantage of the basic features which received a great deal of approval. The researcher has also presented some of the results he has obtained in the course of his study. (Published abstract)
