The study aimed to identify the degree of applying kaizen approach by school management for reducing organizational waste as from the teachers point of view secondary school teachers in Jordan. The researcher used the descriptive method. The study sample consisted of (433) male and female teachers in secondary schools at the Amman Capital/ Wadi Al-Sair District. The researcher developed a questionnaire consisted of one part to measure the degree of applying Kaizen approach by school administration for reducing organizational Waste. Validity and reliability coefficient were ensured for the tool. The findings of the study were: The degree of applying Kaizen approach by school's management for reducing organizational waste came (high); there are no statistical significant differences on all domains of the tool (the degree of applying Kaizen approach for reducing organizational waste), and (on the tool as a whole) due to all the variables: (gender, It also concluded that there are no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample about the degree of school management application of the Kaizen methodology to reduce organizational waste due to the academic qualification. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends the following: Providing moral and material incentives and rewards for distinguished employees and students within school, and the need to train school administration on modern leadership methods. The study also recommended conducting more studies on the Kaizen methodology and linking it to other variables such as job rotation and so on, and generalizing the experience of the Kaizen methodology to the different educational stages because of its impact on development in general, and increasing the development of the methodology so as to benefit from its outputs in general at all levels.
