هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تطبيق تعليمات وحدة الجودة والمساءلة لتحسين الممارسات الإدارية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في مديرية الأغوار الشمالية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة تكونت من (45) فقرة موزعة على أربع مجالات، وهي: التعلم والتعليم، والبيئة المدرسية، والشراكة المجتمعية، والقيادة، والإدارة. استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بلغت (316) معلماً ومعلمة. توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى أن درجة تطبيق تعليمات وحدة الجودة والمساءلة كانت بدرجة متوسطة، كما بينت النتائج أن مجال الشراكة المجتمعية احتل الرتبة الأولى، وجاء مجال القيادة والإدارة في الرتبة الثانية، وجاء مجال التعلم والتعليم في الرتبة الأخيرة. وبينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لدرجة تطبيق مجالات تعليمات وحدة الجودة والمساءلة لتحسين الممارسات الإدارية عند جميع مجالات الاستبانة تعزى لمتغير الجنس، باستثناء مجال القيادة والإدارة، وذلك لصالح تقديرات الإناث. وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند جميع مجالات الاستبانة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، باستثناء مجال القيادة والإدارة، وذلك لصالح تقديرات ذوي المؤهل العلمي (بكالوريوس). وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة، باستثناء مجال التعلم والتعليم، وذلك لصالح تقديرات ذوي عدد سنوات الخبرة (أكثر من 10 سنوات). وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغير مستوى المدرسة. This study aimed at investigating the degree of school principals applying the quality and accountability department instructions to enhance the administrative practices from the teachers' point view in north Al-Guar. To achieve this goal a questionnaire was designed consisting of (45) items, distributed into four domains: learning and teaching, school environment, societal partnership, and administration and leadership. A random sample was chosen including (316) teachers. The analytical descriptive methodology was used. The study results revealed that the degree of school principals applying the quality and accountability department instructions was medium. The results also revealed that the societal partnership ranked first, the administration and leadership domain ranked second, while the learning and teaching domain ranked final. Also, the results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences between the sample responses for the degree of school principals applying the quality and accountability department instructions to enhance the administrative practices domains due to gender variable, except for the administration and leadership domain in favor of (females). There were no statistically significant differences between the sample responses at all domains due to academic qualification variable, except for the administration and leadership domain in favor of (Bachelor). There were no statistically significant differences between the sample responses at all domains due to experience variable, except for learning and teaching domain in favor of (more than 10 years). Finally, there were no statistically significant differences between the sample responses at all domains due to school level variable. (Published abstract)
