هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس الحكومية لاستراتيجيات المنظمة المتعلمة في مديرية تربية لواء وادي السير. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي التحليلي. بلغت عينة الدراسة (67) مديراً ومديرة، منهم (26) مديراً و(41) مديرة. تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (6) مجالات و(50) فقرة، بعد إتمام إجراءات صدقها وثباتها. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس الحكومية لاستراتيجيات المنظمة المتعلمة في مديرية تربية لواء وادي السير جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس الحكومية لاستراتيجيات المنظمة المتعلمة في مديرية تربية لواء وادي السير تبعاً لمتغير (الجنس) ولصالح الإناث. وتبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح (الدراسات العليا). وتبعاً لمتغير (الخبرة) ولصالح ذوي الخبرة (10 سنوات فأكثر). وأوصت الدراسة ضرورة العمل على تعزيز أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة بين مديري المدارس من خلال إقامة الندوات وورش العمل. This study aimed to find out the degree of public-school principals’ application of the learning organization strategies in Directorate of Education of Wadi Al-Sair District. The researcher used the descriptive survey analytical research methodology. Study sample consisted of (67) male and female principals, (26) males and (41) females. A questionnaire has been developed which consisted of (6) fields and (50) items after finding its validity and reliability procedures. Results of the study showed that the degree of public school principals’ application of the learning organization strategic in Directorate of Education of Wadi Al-Sair District came at medium degree, It is found that difference there were its statistically significance in degree of applying learning organization strategies attributed to gender variable and in favor of the females, and according to the academic qualification in favor of those with graduate studies, and for years of experience variable in favor of those with (10 years of experience and more). The study recommended that there is a necessity for strengthening the dimensions of the learning organization between the school principals through conducting seminars and workshop.
