هدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن درجة فاعلية المدارس الحكومية في منطقة الأغوار في الأردن خلال العام الدراسي (2018-2019)، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدمت الدراسة أداة مكونة من (57) فقرة مقسمة على خمسة مجالات, وتم اختيار عينة طبقية عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة تكونت من (40) مديراً ومديرة مدرسة، و(440) معلماً ومعلمة، موزعين في أربع مديريات تربية وتعليم، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الدرجة الكلية لفاعلية المدارس الحكومية في منطقة الأغوار جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وجاءت جميع المجالات أيضاً بدرجة متوسطة، وأن هناك فروقاً دالة إحصائيا تبعاً لمتغير المرحلة التعليمية للمدرسة لصالح المرحلة الأساسية، وهناك أيضاً فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغير المنطقة التعليمية لصالح منطقة الأغوار الشمالية. The purpose of the study is to identify the degree of effectiveness of the public schools At Algoor in Jordan from the point of view of their school principals and their teachers, through the scholastic year (2018-2019), The descriptive methodology was followed by using a questionnaire to collect the data needed for the study, The questionnaire included (57) items divided into five main dimensions have been constructed and administered to a stratified random sample of (40) schools principals and (440) teachers in four directorates. Findings of the study showed that the total degree of effectiveness of the public schools At Algoor in Jordan was medium, and all of effectiveness dimensions were medium too, there were statistically significant differences attributed to educational stage in favor of basic stage, and as for educational district variable, there were statistically significant differences in favor of North Algoor.
