هدفت الدراسة تعرف مستوى العدالة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الدرزية داخل الخط الأخضر من وجهة نظر المعلمين والفروق فيها وفقاً لمتغيرات الجنس والخبرة والمؤهل العلمي. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (306) معلمين ومعلمات. واستخدمت استبانة العدالة التنظيمية وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى العدالة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الدرزية داخل الخط الأخضر من وجهة نظر المعلمين ككل جاءت بمستوى تقدير كبيرة. وأظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى العدالة التنظيمية ككل لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الدرزية تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والخبرة والمؤهل العلمي. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة المحافظة على المستوى المرتفع للعدالة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الدرزية من خلال تقديم الدورات التدريبية والندوات والمحاضرات لهم حول مفهوم العدالة التنظيمية وأبعادها وأهميتها في تأكيد الجانب الأخلاقي في العمل بالمؤسسات التربوية. The aim of the study was to identify the level of organizational justice among Druze secondary schools’ principals inside the Green Line from teachers' point of view and to examine differences in organizational justice level in light of gender, age and qualification level. The descriptive methodology was used in the survey method. The sample of the study consisted of (306) male and female secondary school teachers. Organizational Justice Scale developed by the researcher was used for data collection after validity and reliability were established. The results of the study indicated that the total level of organizational justice among Druze secondary schools’ principals inside the Green Line from teachers' point of view was high. There were no statistically significant differences in total level of organizational justice among Druze secondary schools’ principals due to gender, age and qualification level. The study recommended the need to maintain the high level of organizational justice among Druze secondary schools by providing training course, seminars and lectures addressing the concept of organizational justice, its importance and dimensions in affirming the ethical aspect of work and for its significant importance in developing learning teaching process in educational institutions.
