هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن تقييم البرامج التدريبية في مركز الاعتماد وضمان الجودة بجامعة اليرموك من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس المتدربين والفروق فيها وفقاً لمتغيرات الجنس والكلية ومحور الدورة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (300) عضوٍ اختيروا بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس الذين اشتركوا في البرامج التدريبية. واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. وأظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط الحسابي لتقييم البرامج التدريبية في مركز الاعتماد وضمان الجودة بجامعة اليرموك ككل بلغ (3.52) وبدرجة تقدير متوسطة، ولم تظهر فروقاً إحصائية فيها تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والكلية ومحور الدورة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والإدارات والمؤسسات التابعة لها، والقائمين على وضع السياسات التعليمية، وضع خطة استراتيجية تضمن كفاءة برامج تدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات. The aim of the study was to identify the evaluation of training programs in accreditation and quality assurance center at Yarmouk University from the viewpoint of the trained faculty members. The descriptive survey methodology was used. The sample of the study consisted of (300) members who were chosen in a random, stratified method from the faculty members who participated in the training programs. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The results showed that the mean of evaluating training programs at the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Center at Yarmouk University as a whole amounted to (3.52) and moderate degree of appreciation, and there were no statistical differences attributed to the gender, college, and course axes. The study recommended that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its departments and institutions, and those responsible for developing educational policies, should adopt a strategic plan that ensures the efficiency of training programs for faculty members in universities.
