يستهدف البحث التعرف على: 1) المشاعر الأخلاقية لدى المرشدين التربويين. 2) دلالة الفروق في المشاعر الأخلاقية وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور - إناث). يتحدد البحث بالمرشدين التربويين في مديرية التربية العامة في محافظة ذي قار (2021-2022)، وتبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور - إناث) إذ تألف مجتمع البحث (567) مرشدا ومرشدة بواقع (366) مرشد تربوي و(201) مرشدة تربوية. اختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية بنسبة (35%) من المجتمع الأصلي. بلغ عدد أفراد عينة البحث (200) مرشدا ومرشدة ، بواقع ( 129) مرشد تربوي و(71) مرشدة تربوية. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث الذي يسعى إلى التعرف على المشاعر الأخلاقية لدى المرشدين التربويين لا بد من توفر أداة لقياس المشاعر الأخلاقية لدى المرشدين التربويين، إذ تمكن الباحثان من الحصول على أداة جاهزة لقياس المشاعر الأخلاقية وهو مقياس المشاعر الأخلاقية المعد من قبل (Haidt, 2003 Jonathan) إلا أنه معد على بيئات أجنبية، لذا سوف يقوم الباحثان بتعريب المقياس وتكييفه على البيئة العراقية المتمثلة بعمل المرشدين التربويين لغرض استعماله في قياس المشاعر الأخلاقية. تحقق الباحث من الخصائص السيكومترية (الصدق والثبات) للمقياس. وبعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا باستخدام الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة ولعينتين مستقلتين ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون ومعادلة ألفا كرونباخ. توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) يتمتع المرشدون التربويون بالمشاعر الأخلاقية. 2) لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية في المشاعر الأخلاقية وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور- إناث). توصل الباحث إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات في ضوء أهداف ونتائج البحث. The research aims to identify: 1) Moral sentiments of educational counselors. 2) Significance of differences in moral sentiments according to the gender variable (males - females). The research is limited to educational counselors in the directorate of public education in Dhi Qar Governorate (2021-2022) and according to the gender variable (males - females), as the research community consisted of (567) male and female counselors, (366) educational advisors and (201) educational counselors, and a sample was chosen. The research was conducted by random method, with a percentage of (35%) of the original community, so the number of the research sample reached (200) male and female guides, by (129) educational guides and (71) educational guides. On the moral sentiments of educational counselors, it is necessary to provide a tool to measure moral sentiments of educational counselors, as the two researchers was able to obtain a ready-made tool for measuring moral sentiments, which is the measure of moral sentiments for (Jonathan Haidt, 2003), but it is prepared on foreign environments, so the two researchers will By Arabizing the scale and adapting it to the Iraqi environment represented by the work of educational counselors for the purpose of using it in measuring moral sentiments, the researcher verified the psychometric properties (honesty and stability) of the scale. After collecting the data and processing it statistically using the t-test for one sample and two independent samples, the Pearson correlation coefficient and the Cronbach's alpha equation, the research reached the following results: 1) Educational counselors have moral sentiments. 2) There is no statistically significant difference in moral sentiments according to the gender variable (male - female). The researcher reached a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions in the light of the objectives and results of the research. (Published abstract)
