تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم التعليم الإلكتروني في جامعة الكويت، من وجهة نظر الطلبة في ظل أزمة فيروس COVID-19؛ وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في كلية الآداب في جامعة الكويت والبالغ عددهم (5500) طالب وطالبة، وتم استخدام المنهج المسحي التحليلي، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية وتوزيع (800) استبانة على الطلبة بمختلف التخصصات، وتم استرجاع منها (603) استبانة لتمثل عينة الدراسة. وتضمنت أداة الدراسة ثلاثة مجالات كالآتي: المجال الأول التفاعل الإلكتروني، والمجال الثاني أداء المعلم، والمجال الثالث المحتوى الإلكتروني وذلك بعد الرجوع للأدبيات النظرية والدراسات السابقة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة فاعلية التعليم الإلكتروني في جامعة الكويت، من وجهة نظر الطلبة في ظل أزمة فيروس COVID-19 على المجالين الأول والثاني لمتغير الجنس وجاءت الفروق لصالح الذكور. فيما جاء عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة فاعلية التعليم الإلكتروني في جامعة الكويت، من وجهة نظر الطلبة في ظل أزمة فيروس COVID-19 على جمع المجالات لمتغير المرحلة. وتوصي الدراسة بإعداد ورش تدريبية لأعضاء الهيئات التدريسية لآخر التطورات الإلكترونية التي تساعد المجال التربوي بمختلف الأساليب الجديدة في العالم التعليمي الرقمي الإلكتروني الحالي. وضرورة تشجيع الجهات المعنية في جامعة الكويت نحو أهمية التعليم الإلكتروني وتطوير منظومة التدريس في جامعة الكويت وتبني توصيات الدراسة من قبل أصحاب القرار في جامعة الكويت. This study aims to evaluate e-learning at Kuwait University from the students' perspective in light of the COVID19 pandemic. The study population consists of the College of Arts at Kuwait University, with a total of 5,500 students. A survey-analytical approach was employed, and a random sample of 800 questionnaires was distributed to students across various disciplines. A total of 603 completed questionnaires were retrieved, representing the study sample. The research instrument included three domains: the first domain focused on electronic interaction, the second on teacher performance, and the third on electronic content, all developed after reviewing theoretical literature and previous studies. The study results indicated statistically significant differences in the mean scores for the effectiveness of e-learning at Kuwait University from students' perspectives during the COVID-19 pandemic in the first and second domains (electronic interaction and teacher performance) based on gender, with the differences favoring male students. However, no statistically significant differences were found in the mean scores for eLearning effectiveness across all domains based on academic level. The study recommends conducting training workshops for faculty members on the latest electronic developments to enhance the educational field with new digital teaching methods. It also suggests incorporating asynchronous teaching methods alongside synchronous learning to deliver information and knowledge professionally, such as videos, impactful films, stories, and short clips within course content. Additionally, it recommends using interactive presentation applications, educational film applications, online exam tools, sports apps, educational platforms, classroom management apps, competition tools, image editing applications, assistive technologies, ChatGPT, and Copilot. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the need to encourage relevant authorities at Kuwait University to prioritize e-learning and develop the teaching system by adopting the study's recommendations.
