The research aims to reveal the extent to which some dimensions of psychological capital contribute to predicting dimensions of emotional labor, as well as revealing the effect of gender variables (males_ females) and age (less than 40 more than 40 years) on psychological capital (total score and dimensions) and dimensions of emotional labor. The research was conducted on a sample of (277) male and female teachers, (146) females and (131) males, whose ages ranged between (24-59) years with an average chronological age of (45.70) and standard deviation (7.83 ), and to achieve these goals, the psychological capital scale and the emotional labor scale were applied (prepared by the researchers), and the results resulted in predicting the dimensions of resilience and positive relations with the dimension of surface acting, and predicting the dimensions of self-efficacy, resilience and positive relations with deep acting and expression of naturally felt emotions. The results also indicated the presence of statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) attributed to the gender variable in the dimension of positive relations in favor of females, and the absence of statistically significant differences in the total score of psychological capital and the dimensions (self-efficacy -hope - resilience) attributed to the gender variable. The results also showed the absence of statistically significant differences between the averages of teachers’ scores in the dimensions of emotional labor attributed to the gender variable, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) attributed to the age variable (less than 40 more than 40 years) in favor of teachers older than (40) years in the dimensions of self-efficacy and resilience, while there were no statistically significant differences in the total score of psychological capital and the dimensions of hope and positive relations, and the absence of significant differences statistic attributed to the age variable in the dimensions of emotional labor.
