هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية داخل الخط الأخضر، وعلاقتها بتنمية السلوك الإبداعي لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري المدارس الابتدائية ومعلميها، في منطقة المثلث الشمالي، البالغ عددهم (1600) مدير ومعلم تكونت عينة الدراسة من (387) مديراً ومعلماً. أظهرت النتائج، أن مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية في منطقة المثلث الشمالي داخل الخط الأخضر، جاء بدرجة مرتفعة في الدرجة الكلية وفي جميع المجالات، أظهرت النتائج أيضاً أن تنمية السلوك الإبداعي، جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائياً، بين مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية وتنمية السلوك الإبداعي. The study aimed at finding out the level of prevailing organizational culture among elementary school principals within the Green Line and its relationship to the development of creative behavior among teachers from principals and teachers` point of view. The descriptive-survey correlational methodology was used. The study population consisted of all elementary school principals and teachers within the green line, which numbered (1600) principals and teachers. The study sample consisted of (387) principals and teachers. The results showed that the level of prevailing organizational culture among elementary school principals in the Northern Triangle region came to a high degree in the total score and in all domains. The results also showed that the development of creative behavior came to a high degree too. The results indicated that there was a positive significant correlational relationship between the level of prevailing organizational culture and the development of creative behavior.
