هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور القيادة المدرسية في تحسين نواتج التعلم وفق تصورات قادة المدارس ومشرفيها، وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للتعرف على تصورات قادة المدارس ومشرفوها حول دور القيادة المدرسية في تحسين نواتج التعلم،واستعان بأداة الاستبانة التي طبقت على عينة بلغ عددها (260) من قادة المدارس ومشرفيها بمنطقة جازان التعليمية. وقد توصل البحث إلى اتفاق عينة البحث على أهمية دور القيادة المدرسية في تحسين نواتج التعلم في الجانب الوجداني والمعرفي والمهاري، كما توصل البحث إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عن مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول دور القيادة المدرسية في تحسين نواتج التعلم وفق تصورات قادة المدارس ومشرفيها تعزو لمتغيري (المسمى الوظيفي - النوع). كما أوصى البحث بضرورة إلحاق مدراء المدارس بدورات تدريبية تركز على تعريفهم بمهام ومسؤوليات العمل المدرسي وكيفية توظيف الإمكانات المتوفرة في إنجاح العملية التعليمية وتحسين نواتج التعلم. (الملخص المنشور)

The research aimed at identifying school leadership' role in improving learning outcomes according to the perceptions of school leaders and supervisors. The research has used the descriptive analytical approach and used the questionnaire that was applied to a sample of (260) of the school leaders and supervisors in Jazan Educational district. The research indicated that the research sample has high agreement on the importance of school leadership' role in improving learning outcomes in the emotional, cognitive and skill aspect. The research also indicated that there are no statistically significant differences on (0.05) between the responses of the sample members on school leadership' role in improving learning outcomes according to the perceptions of school leaders and supervisors attribute to variables (job title - gender). The research recommended the need of school principals to training courses focusing on knowing them of the tasks and responsibilities of schoolwork and how to use the potential available in the educational process success and improving learning outcomes.
