هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مديرات رياض الأطفال في إدارة الازمات قبل حدوث الأزمة وأثناء ذلك وبعده في رياض الأطفال بمحايل عسير. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، بحيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (25) مديرة وإدارية من رياض الأطفال في محايل عسير. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أن مديرات رياض الأطفال قبل حدوث الأزمة يقمن بصورة متوسطة بتحديد الإمكانيات اللازمة لإدارة الأزمة وترتيب العوامل المشتركة المؤثرة، وتشكيل فريق عمل مؤقت لإدارة الأزمة، أما فيما يتعلق بدور المديرات اثناء الأزمة فقد أشارت النتائج إلى أنهن يقمن بصورة دائمة بتحديد حجم الازمة لفريق العمل، واتخاذ قرارات سريعة وحاسمة ومناسبة لمواجهة الأزمة، كما أنها تفوض الصلاحيات لفريق عمل الأزمة، أما على مستوى دور مديرة رياض الأطفال بعد حدوث الازمة فتبين بأنهن يقمن بصورة دائمة بإخفاء ملامح الأزمة والعمل على توطيد الامن والسلامة بالروضة. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة إعداد وحدة نموذجية وفريق عمل مؤهل لإدارة الأزمات لتفادي الأزمات بأنواعها والتعامل معها. (الملخص المنشور)

This study aimed to identify the role of kindergartens’ principals in crisis management before, during and after the occurrence of the crisis in kindergartens. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher utilized the descriptive analytical method, where the researcher used the questionnaire as the study tool. The sample of the study consisted of (25) kindergarten principal in Mahaiel Aseer. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that pre-crisis kindergarten principals quantify the necessary means to manage the crisis, arrange the common factors that has an influence, and form a temporary crisis management team. As for the role of female principals, the results showed that they constantly determine the magnitude of the crisis for the working group and take quick, decisive and appropriate decisions to confront the crisis. It also delegates powers to the Crisis Working Group, and at the level of the principal of kindergartens after the crisis, it was found that they always hide the features of the crisis and work on promoting safety and security within the kindergarten. The study recommends the necessity of preparing a model unit and a qualified crisis management team to avoid crises and deal with all types of crisis. (Published abstract)
