هدف هذا البحث إلى تنمية مهارات التحدث لدى طلبة الصف الأول الثانوي العام من خلال برنامج مقترح قائم على نموذج البرمجة اللغوية العصبية؛ ولتحقيق هذا الهدف البحث تم إعداد قائمة بمهارات التحدث لطلبة الصف الأول الثانوي العام، وإعداد اختبار مهارات التحدث، وإعداد بطاقة تقدير (ملاحظة) لتقدير أدائهم في اختبار مهارات التحدث، ودليل المعلم، وكتاب الطالب، وتم تطبيق هذه الأدوات قبليا على عينة البحث من مجموعتين من طالبات الصف الأول الثانوي العام، وبلغت عينة البحث (80) طالبة مقسمات على مجموعتين الأولى ضابطة، وعدد طالباتها (40) طالبة، والمجموعة الثانية تجريبية وتكونت من (40) طالبة، ثم درست المجموعة التجريبية باستخدام البرنامج المقترح القائم على نموذج البرمجة اللغوية العصبية والمجموعة الضابطة بالطريقة المعتادة. ثم طبقت الأدوات بعديًا على عينة البحث، وقد توصل البحث إلى نتائج تشير إلى فاعلية البرنامج المقترح القائمة على نموذج البرمجة اللغوية العصبية في تنمية مهارات تحدث اللغة العربية لدى طلبة الصف الأول الثانوي العام. وقد أوصى البحث بعدة توصيات منها: ضرورة إعداد أنشطة إثرائية قائمة على البرمجة اللغوية العصبية في فروع اللغة العربية الأخرى، والاهتمام بتنمية مهارات تحدث اللغة العربية الرئيسة، وكذا المهارات الفرعية المندرجة تحتها المناسبة لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية. The aim of this research is to develop the speaking skills of first year secondary school students through a proposed program based on the Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) model. In order to achieve this goal, the research prepared a list of speaking skills for first-year general secondary students, prepared a speaking skills test, and prepared an appreciation card (note) to assess their performance. In the speaking skills test, the teacher's guide, and the student's book, and these tools were previously applied to the research sample of two groups of first year secondary school students, and the research sample reached (80) students divided into two groups, the first is a control, and the number of its students is (40) students. The second group is experimental and consisted of (40) female students, then the experimental group was taught using the proposed program based on the NLP model and the control group in the usual way. Then the tools were applied dimensionally to the research sample. The research has achieved results that indicate the effectiveness of the proposed program based on the Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) model in developing Arabic language speaking skills among the students of the first year of general secondary school. And interest in developing the main Arabic speaking skills, as well as the sub-skills that fall under it, which are suitable for high school students. (Published abstract)
