هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مشكلات الإدارة المدرسية بمحافظة الشرقية شمال في سلطنة عمان. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي حيث قام الباحثان بإعداد استبانة تكونت من (50) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات رئيسية هي: مشكلات المبنى المدرسي، مشكلات إدارية ومالية، مشكلات التواصل مع الأسرة والمجتمع، مشكلات الطلاب، مشكلات المعلمين، وبعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، تم تطبيقها على أفراد الدراسة والبالغ عددهم (44) مدير ومديرة مدرسة. وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة استخرجت المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، بالإضافة إلى استخدام اختبار (ت). وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أبرز المشكلات التي تواجه الإدارة المدرسية هي مشكلات إدارية ومالية، والتواصل مع الأسرة والمجتمع، والمبنى المدرسي، ومشكلات طلبة والمعلمين وبدرجة كبيرة، كذلك أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروقٍ دالة احصائياً تعزى لمتغيري النوع الاجتماعي وسنوات الخبرة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة، تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها: وضع توصيف دقيق للوظائف الإدارية في المدارس بحيث يتم اختيار أفضل العناصر البشرية القادرة على حل المشكلات التي تواجه المدرسة وتحقيق أهدافها وضرورة تفعيل الأخصائي الاجتماعي في معالجة المشكلات التي تواجه النوع الاجتماعي بالمدرسة. The aim of the study was to identify the most important problems faced by the school administration in schools in Eastern north Governate in the Sultanate of Oman. Descriptive method was used, In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was consisting of 45 points) developed, consisting of (50) paragraphs Divided into five main areas: the problems of the school building, administrative and financial problems, problems of communication with the family and society, students ’problems, teachers’ problems, after extracting the indications of honesty and consistency applied to (44) school administration, The study has found a group of results the most important of them are: The most prominent problems facing school administration are administrative and financial problems, communication with the family and society, the school building, and the problems of students and teachers, to a large degree. The study also found that there were no significant differences at the level 0.05 due to the gender, the experience. The study made the following recommendations: Establish an accurate description of administrative jobs in schools so that the best human elements are chosen to solve the problems facing the school and achieve its goals and the necessity of activating the social worker in addressing the problems facing the school's gender.
