The study aimed to identify the degree of contribution of Web Conferences to improve supervisions methods among educational supervisors. The problem of the present study is re-stated in the following major question: What is the degree of contribution of Web conferencing in improving the supervision methods among educational supervisors? The study adopted descriptive survey design. The population of the study consisted of all educational supervisors in Mecca (n=250). The sample of the study has represented the population. Based on Likert scale the researcher designed 45- item questionnaire. Processes of validity and reliability were conducted. The validity was assessed by a panel of experts. To assess the instrument reliability Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was computed. The value of Cronbach’s alpha (0.95) shows accepted value of reliability. Data was analyzed by (SPSS) .Frequencies percentages averages and standard deviations were used as statistical analytical methods. The study showed the following main results:-Only 10% of the population was activated Web Conferences while working. The population supported the idea that Web Conferences improving supervision methods by choosing (Agree) with overall mean (4.01).The population insisted on the importance of activating Web Conferences to improve supervision methods by choosing (Agree) with overall mean (3.87).The population agreed on “ how to activate“ statements they liked three statements by choosing (Strongly Agree) the population agreed on the other “how to activate“ statements by choosing (Agree) with overall mean (4.10).The population agreed on the “obstacles” statements they liked four statements by choosing (Strongly Agree) the population agreed on the other “obstacles” statements by choosing (Agree) with overall mean (4.05).Based on the results of the study the researcher recommends the following: Expand the use of Web Conferences as supervision method. Encourage the educational supervisors on the use of Web Conferences as a modern supervision method and provide the financial and technical support. Overcome obstacles that supervisors faced in activating Web Conferences. (Published abstract)
