هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع دور مناهج رياض الأطفال في ترسيخ مفهوم المواطنة لدى الأطفال من وجهة نظر المعلمات بمنطقة الجوف، والكشف عن الفروق في وجهات نظر المعلمات والتي قد تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وعدد سنوات الخبرة، وتحديد معوقات إسهام مناهج رياض الأطفال في ترسيخ مفهوم المواطنة لدى الأطفال، والتوصل إلى أهم المقترحات لتحقيق المزيد من التفعيل لإسهام مناهج رياض الأطفال في ترسيخ مفهوم المواطنة لدى الأطفال. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (152) معلمة، وتم إعداد استبانة تكونت من (42) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور. وأظهرت النتائج أن وجود درجة موافقة مرتفعة من جانب أفراد عينة البحث من المعلمات على دور مناهج رياض الأطفال في ترسيخ مفهوم المواطنة لدى الأطفال، وكانت أهم ملامح هذا الدور الإسهام في غرس حب الوطن في نفوس الأطفال، وحثهم على الالتزام بالعادات والآداب الإسلامية. ولم تظهر فروق دالة إحصائياً في وجهات نظر المعلمات عن واقع هذا الدور تعزى للمؤهل العلمي وعدد سنوات الخبرة. أما درجة موافقة المعلمات على معوقات إسهام مناهج رياض الأطفال في ترسيخ مفهوم المواطنة لدى الأطفال فكانت متوسطة، وكانت أهم هذه المعوقات وجود بعض جوانب القصور في تدريب المعلمات على إكساب الأطفال مفهوم المواطنة، وتركيز مناهج رياض الأطفال على إكساب الأطفال المهارات التعليمية. وبالنسبة لدرجة موافقة المعلمات على مقترحات تحقيق المزيد من التفعيل لإسهام مناهج رياض الأطفال في ترسيخ مفهوم المواطنة لدى الأطفال فكانت مرتفعة، وجاء في مقدمتها تضمين بعض المناسبات الوطنية والاجتماعية في محتوى مناهج رياض الأطفال، وكذلك تضمينها بعض القصص المصورة التي تشجع الأطفال على الولاء والانتماء للوطن. This study aimed to identify the reality of the role of kindergarten curricula in establishing the concept of citizenship among children from the viewpoint of teachers in Al-Jouf Region, to detect of differences in the views of teachers, which may be attributed to the educational qualification or the number of years of experience, to identify the obstacles facing the contribution of kindergarten curricula in establishing the concept of citizenship among children, and to reach the most important proposals to achieve more activation of the contribution of kindergarten curricula in establishing the concept of citizenship among children. The descriptive method was used, and the study sample consisted of (152) teachers, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (42) phrases distributed on three axes. The results showed that there is a high degree of approval by the study sample on the role of kindergarten curricula in establishing the concept of citizenship among children. The most important features of this role were contributing to implant patriotism among children, and urging them to adhere to Islamic customs and etiquette. The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences among the teachers' views on the reality of this role due to the educational qualification or the number of years of experience. The degree of teachers’ approval on the obstacles facing the contribution of kindergarten curricula in establishing the concept of citizenship among children was moderate, the most important of these obstacles were: there are some deficiencies in teacher training to give children the concept of citizenship, and the kindergarten curriculum focus on providing children with educational skills. The degree of the teachers’ approval of the proposals to achieve more activation of the kindergarten curriculum’s contribution to establishing the concept of citizenship among children, was high, and in the forefront came the inclusion of some national and social events in the content of curricula, and including some illustrated stories that encourage children to loyalty and belong to the homeland.
