The study aimed to know the effectiveness of the differentiated education strategy in teaching the jurisprudence course to develop some habits of mind among third-grade intermediate students, and to achieve this goal the researcher used the experimental approach with a quasi-experimental design, and the researcher used the habits of mind scale tool - which he prepared - to identify the effectiveness of the strategy and a sample was formed. The study consisted of (50) public education students at the intermediate level in Bishah Governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the study sample was divided randomly into two groups from two different schools; One of them: an experimental consisting of (25) students, and the other a control group consisting of (25) students, and the researcher used a number of statistical methods to analyze the results of the study, and the study found statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group students in The dimensional application in the scale of the four habits of mind: (flexibility of thinking, questioning and posing problems, using previous knowledge in new situations, reciprocal thinking) for the benefit of the students of the experimental group, and the researcher recommended that Islamic education teachers use the differentiated education strategy. Because of its clear effectiveness in developing the mental habits of students, and in developing Islamic education curricula in general and the curriculum of jurisprudence in particular in terms of scientific content, and the method of organizing it and providing it with activities that improve skills, develop mental habits among students, and develop an Islamic education teacher's guide that contains More examples, tasks, applications and proposals that help the teacher to benefit from modern teaching strategies, including the differentiated teaching strategy.
