This research aims to determine the degree of awareness and practice of Islamic education teachers in Riyadh city of realistic evaluation strategies from the supervisors' point of view, in the following strategies: (performance based evaluation - paper-and-pencil evaluation (observation) - communication evaluation - self-review). A supervisor-oriented questionnaire was used to measure the level of awareness and practice of teachers, and after the analysis the following results were obtained: The overall average response of the study sample of supervisors to teachers' awareness of realistic evaluation strategies (3.43 out of 5.00) this is the average which falls within the fourth category of the Likert scale, which shows that the response of study members towards awareness of realistic evaluation strategies indicates (high), and the overall average response of the study sample of supervisors to the degree that teachers practice realistic evaluation strategies was (2.39 out of 5.00) which is the average of the second category of the Likert scale, that shows the response of study members to the degree of practicing realistic evaluation strategies indicates (low).
