The aim of the research is to know the reality of applying electronic management and the obstacles and proposals for applying them during the Corona crisis in public education schools in Khamis Mushait. The researcher used the survey method and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and the research sample consisted of (178) leaders, The results showed: The application of electronic management obtained a general average (3.57 out of 5) with a grade of (large) and the axis of constraints obtained a general average of (4.53 out of 5), foremost of which is: the large administrative burdens placed on school leaders, and employees ’fear of multiple tasks when applying electronic management. And the lack of interest in training school leaders on electronic management programs. The focus of the proposals received a general average (4.84 out of 5) with a grade of (very big), foremost of which is: Continuously developing the capabilities of the administrative staff to keep pace with the development of technology, and establishing infrastructure in all sectors of the Ministry of Education to focus on schools technically. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) or less between the responses of school leaders regarding obstacles to electronic management and their development proposals, while it was clear that there was a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) or less between it. The responses of leaders in the level of implementing electronic management, and that there are statistically significant differences between the group of leaders who have obtained one to (10) training courses, those who have obtained (11) to (20) training courses, and those who have obtained more than (20) training courses. In light of the results, the study recommended a number of recommendations, including: Establishing an infrastructure in all sectors of the Ministry of Education to focus on schools technically, and working to raise the efficiency of school leaders and administrators on electronic management skills.
