This study aimed to identify the reality of the practice of Arabic language supervisors in clinical supervision in Riyadh To achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used the descriptive and analytical method and the questionnaire was a tool for collecting research information. The questionnaire consisted of (56) statements for teachers describing the practice of the Arabic language supervisors for the stages of clinical supervision and (18) words for the Arabic language supervisors describing the difficulties that the educational supervisor faces during the exercise of clinical supervision The field study was applied to the study members who numbered (100) teachers and (9) educational supervisors and the researcher obtained a return from the total questionnaires numbering (99) questionnaires for teachers and the entire questionnaires of supervisors which are (9) questionnaires This study was applied during the first semester of the academic year 1438-1439 AH and the data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Studies (SPSS) program and the study yielded the following results that the degree of Arabic language supervisors' practice of the planning stage of the class visit is low with an average of (2.42 out of 4.00).That the degree of Arabic language supervisors practicing the observation stage during the classroom visit is low with an average of (2.48 out of 4.00).The degree of Arabic language supervisors' practice of the evaluation stage after the classroom visit is low with an average of (2.39 out of 4.00).That the study sample members agree to a moderate degree of the difficulties that Arabic language supervisors face during the practice of clinical supervision with an average of (2.39 out of 4.00).
