The aims of study is to identify the challenges and difficulties that face the children with autism in the inclusion program programs at public schools through the perspectives of teachers, supervisors, and school principles. for achieving the study goals the sample includes (12) a school principles, (21) educational supervisors, and 37 special education teachers. The results showed that all the statements of the six axes obtained a medium level of challenges, the results also showed there is a significant difference at (α ≤ 0.05) which relates to the teaching job. Furthermore, the results showed there is not a statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) which relate to the difficulties and challenges of inclusion programs according to job variables, the is appeared in the P value which was (,417). The results also showed there was statistically significant differences of the gender variable (males - females), where the t test value was (* 23.849) for males. the results also showed no statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) to the challenges and Difficulties in inclusion programs depending on the degree variable, where the P value (.026). The results showed that there were obvious differences which is related to the experience variable, where the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) level in identifying the challenges and difficulties in the inclusion = programs according to the variable of experiences years , where the value of "P" (170).
