This research aimed to reach a proposed plan for the development of blended learning program for women’s branch in Applied Studies and Community Service College at King Saud University in Riyadh, and to achieve the objectives of the study by the use of descriptive method through the use of judged questionnaire which was distributed to (50) members of the college faculty. The problem of the study was trying to answer the following question: What is the proposed plan for the development of blended learning program for women’s branch in Applied Studies and Community Service College at King Saud University in Riyadh? The results showed the approval of the faculty member son the use of blended learning in teaching the courses in the College of Applied Studies and Community Service at the University of King Saud significantly. In addition, through this study the infrastructure, instructional design, obstacles, technical support and human resources wryer idenfied , which prevent the application of blended learning in the teaching of the courses in College of Applied Studies and Service community at the University of King Saud. Depending on these results. the study recommended proposed plan aimed to develop an application of blended learning in teaching the courses ,in the College of Applied Studies and Community Service at the University of King Saud in Riyadh.
