The aim of the research is to analyze previous research and studies that dealt with several areas of people with mental disabilities who are able to learn and related to students with mental disabilities and the method used to teach him, the teacher, where the research followed the descriptive approach based on the method of content analysis, and its sample consisted of (72) research, and the results of the research showed that Most of the previous research focused on the descriptive and analytical method, and most of the research tools were represented in the questionnaire tool, and the IQ scale for interface, and most of them focused on training programs for the mentally handicapped. Some of the results of the research showed the following: the dearth of modern strategies used to teach students with intellectual disabilities who are able to learn, and the lack of use of research tools that focus on the use of the qualitative curriculum, and the results of the research also showed a lack of studies that focus on assessing the reality of students' learning and evaluating the curricula used For mentally handicapped students, and the scarcity of studies that focus on the practical side when teaching students with mental disabilities who are able to learn, and the lack of research concerned with evaluating standards of teaching performance for teachers with mental disabilities, and in light of the findings of the research.
