Scientific Productivity is considered one of the major indicators relating to judging the competency and excellence of a teaching staff member, as well as its contribution to addressing the society issues in addition to judging the university’s excellence and competency. Thus, the study aimed to answer the question; “What are factors influence the scientific productivity of teaching staff members in faculties of education in Egyptian universities?”. The study’s main aim is to identifying the requirements of overcoming the hindrances face the scientific productivity of teaching staff members in faculties of education in Egyptian universities; through identifying the concept of scientific productivity and factors influence it, detecting the hindrances face the scientific productivity of the teaching staff members in faculties of education. The study employed the Descriptive Approach. The study concluded to a number of recommendations: granting diverse and beneficial rewards to teaching staff members in faculties of education in to attract the greatest number of the teaching staff and encourage them to conduct various distinguish scientific activities. The study also recommended enabling the teaching staff to attend internal and external scientific conferences side by side with amending regulations of travelling dates and transportations allowances grant to the staff members for attending the external conferences submitting distinguish research.
