يهدف البحث إلى التأكيد على أهمية العناية بالبيان العربي بشكل عام والمجاز بشكل خاص عند تأليف مناهج تعليم العربية للناطقين بغيرها وذلك لما للمجاز من أهمية تفوق قيمته البيانية والجمالية، ولذلك يركز البحث على القيمة الثقافية والفكرية للمجاز وإلى دوره في تحقيق عمليات الخطاب. كما تؤكد الدراسة على أهمية اتّباع منهجية متسلسلة تعتمد على التدرج والتنوع والتراكم عند تأليف مناهج البيان لدارسي العربية من غير الناطقين بها. لتحقيق أهداف البحث، جاءت الدراسة في قسمين: الأول نظري يتحدث عن مفهوم المجاز ومعناه عند اللغويين والبلاغيين العرب القدماء، والمحدثين. والثاني اتّبع المنهج التحليلي في جمع البيانات المتعلقة بأهمية تدريس المجاز لمتعلمي اللغة العربية من غير الناطقين بها، والأسباب التي تدفعنا إلى ضرورة تأليف منهاج قائم على البيان العربي بطريقة ممنهجة، ومن ثمّ يقوم البحث بتحليل تلك البيانات والاجتهاد فيها. خلص البحث إلى أنّ للمجاز قيمة وجمالية ووظيفية وفكرية في اللغة، وخلص كذلك إلى أهمية المجاز البياني كأداة تعليمية في تحسين مهارات الفهم والإنتاج اللغوي لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية من غير الناطقين بها. كشفت الدراسة الجوانب البلاغية والاجتماعية والسياسية والنفسية للمجاز في لغة الخطاب اليومي، وكذلك أبرزت قدرة المجاز على التوسع وإبداع تراكيب وتعبيرات جديدة بشكل يومي. كما أوصت الدراسة على ضرورة اعتماد منهجية متسلسلة متكاملة لتدريس المجاز. This research aims to emphasize the importance of addressing Arabic discourse and rhetoric, in general and figurative language, in particular, when developing curricula for non-native speakers. This is due to the significance of rhetoric surpassing its expressive and aesthetic value. The study focuses on the cultural and intellectual value of rhetoric and its role in achieving communicative processes. Additionally, it underscores the importance of following a sequential methodology based on progression, diversity, and accumulation while composing discourse for Arabic learners who are not native speakers. To achieve the research objectives, the study is divided into two parts. The first is theoretical, discussing the concept of rhetoric, its meaning among ancient and contemporary Arabic linguists. The second part follows an analytical approach in collecting data related to the teaching of rhetoric to non-native and the reasons to develop related curriculum. Research then analyzes data is interpreted. The research concludes that rhetoric holds aesthetic, intellectual, and functional value in language. It also emphasizes the importance of rhetoric as an educational tool to improve comprehension and linguistic skills among non-native Arabic learners. The study revealed the rhetorical, social, political, and psychological aspects of figurative language in everyday discourse. Rhetoric ability to expand, creatively express new structures and phrases. The study recommends adopting an integrated sequential methodology for teaching rhetoric. (Published abstract)
