هدف البحث التعرف إلى أثر وحدة دراسية مقترحة في الكيمياء العضوية في ضوء المعايير العالمية لتنمية التحصيل وطبيعة العلم، وذلك من خلال إعداد وحدة الكيمياء العضوية، وتعرف أثرها في تنمية التحصيل وفهم طبيعة العلم لدى طلاب الصف الحادي عشر في فلسطين، أعد الباحث اختبارا لفهم طبيعة العلم، واستخدم المنهج نظام المجموعة الواحدة مع القياس القبلي والبعدي، وتم تطبيقها على مجموعة البحث من طلاب الصف الحادي عشر قبل تدريس الوحدة وبعدها، استخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية مربع أوميجا لإيجاد حجم التأثير، وتوصل البحث هناك فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لاختبار التحصيل لصالح التطبيق البعدي، هناك فرقا دالا إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس تنمية فهم طبيعة العلم لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وأثبتت الوحدة المقترحة فعاليتها في تنمية فهم طبيعة العلم لدى طلاب الصف الحادي عشر، وأوصى الباحث بتطوير برنامج إعداد معلمي الكيمياء بكليات التربية في ضوء المستويات المعيارية لتدريس الكيمياء، تطوير مناهج الكيمياء بالمرحلة الثانوية في ضوء قائمة المستويات المعيارية، تطوير مناهج الكيمياء بالمرحلة الثانوية في ضوء تناولها لأبعاد طبيعة العلم. The aim of the study is to know the effectiveness of proposed unit of study the organic chemistry in the light of international standards on developing the understanding of the nature of science by preparing the organic chemistry unit and its impact on developing nature of science among the eleventh grade students in Palestine. The researcher prepared attest for the nature of science and used the experimental method of the experimental group and then applied it to the research group of 11th grade students before and after teaching the unit and then the researcher used statistical methods, tests and laboratories to find out the size of the effect. The researcher has recommended with the following: developing chemistry curriculum in secondary grade in light of proposed standard levels list, developing chemistry curriculum in secondary grade in light of science nature and its dimensions, developing the program of preparing chemistry schoolteachers at faculties of education in the light of standard levels for teaching chemistry.
