هدف البحث إلى التنبؤ بالدرجة الكلية للوعي بمؤشرات موهبة طفل الروضة من عدد سنوات الخبرة والعمر الزمني لدى معلمات الروضة، وكذلك التعرف على تأثير كلا من عدد سنوات الخبرة والعمر الزمني لدى معلمات الروضة على الوعي بمؤشرات موهبة طفل الروضة، والتعرف على أثر المؤهل الدراسي لدى معلمات الروضة على الوعي بمؤشرات موهبة طفل الروضة. وتحقيقا لهذا الهدف أجري البحث على عينة قوامها (343) معلمة من معلمات الروضة، بمتوسط عمر زمني (33.5) سنة، وانحراف معياري (4.9)، ولقد استخدمت الباحثة الأداة التالية: استبانة الوعي بمؤشرات موهبة طفل الروضة (إعداد الباحثة)، ولقد أسفر البحث عن النتائج التالية: وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة قوية بين المتغيرات المتنبأ منها (عدد سنوات الخبرة، والعمر الزمني)، والمتنبأ به (الدرجة الكلية للوعي بمؤشرات موهبة طفل الروضة)، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الوعي بمؤشرات موهبة طفل الروضة لدى معلمات الروضة في متغير الخبرة لصالح المعلمات الأكثر خبرة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الوعي بمؤشرات موهبة طفل الروضة لدى معلمات الروضة في متغير العمر الزمني لصالح المعلمات الأكبر عمرا، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الوعي بمؤشرات موهبة طفل الروضة في متغير المؤهل الدراسي لصالح المعلمات المؤهلات (تخصص رياض الأطفال). The aim of the research is to predict the total degree of awareness of kindergarten child talent indicators from the number of years of experience and chronological age of kindergarten teachers, as well as identifying the effect of the number of years of experience and the chronological age of kindergarten teachers on awareness of the indicators of the talent of the kindergarten child. As well as identifying the impact of the educational qualifications of kindergarten teachers on awareness of indicators of the talent of the kindergarten child. To achieve this goal, the research was conducted on a sample of (343) kindergarten teachers, with an average age of (33.5) years, and a standard deviation of (4.9) years. The researcher used the following tool: a questionnaire about awareness of kindergarten child talent indicators (prepared by the researcher). The research resulted in the following results: There is a strong positive correlation between the predicted variables (number of years of experience, and chronological age), and the predicted one (total degree of awareness of kindergarten child talent indicators). There are statistically significant differences between the average degrees of awareness of the indicators of the talent of the kindergarten child among the kindergarten teachers in the variable experience in favor of the more experienced teachers. And there are statistically significant differences between the average degrees of awareness of kindergarten child talent indicators among kindergarten teachers in the chronological age variable in favor of the older female teachers, and there are statistically significant differences between the average degrees of awareness of kindergarten child talent indicators in the academic qualification variable in favor of qualified female teachers (kindergarten specialization).
